I purchased a Handy Heater, within the past year, and didn't need it until now. It would not blow out heat. 32 degrees is as high as i could set the thermostat, and there was a rattle inside. I just purchased another one that is performing just fine. I took the old one apart to see what the rattle was and the fan was loose because the two screws that held it in place were not long enough to hold it together. I don't know why it won't go above 32 degrees. I hate to waste $20.00 so i would be grateful for your help. Thank you, Gary 404-274-**** wghornsby@***.net
