My regular subscription memory is almost full, so I tried to upgrade to a better one. But can't get through the payment so I email Photobucket support. They said they had problems with some members and I was one of them. Several weeks went by and they told me that it's fixed. I then tried to upgrade again and same as above for a week or so. Now the payment went through by PayPal but with wrong amount and still I can NOT use the site because it keeps giving me the error that said I had to upgrade!!! I found their phone number thru PayPal but they directed me to use email. I sent them the last email and if no reply, I will cancel my subscription.
