Maxx Air Fryer not received after 2.5 months

Ordered the Maxx Air Fryer and was told that it would take 2 - 4 weeks for delivery. After a week got an email that the shipping label was created by UPS with a tracking number. I have checked the tracking status numerous times and it appears that the order has not moved. Tried many times to contact customer service by phone and email. Never responded to email and never connected to a customer service rep. I believe that this company is a scam. User's recommendation: Stay away from this company.
