I complained about my mattress sagging after two weeks and was told that if the sag was not more than 1.5 inches the warranty would not cover it. Really, so it is okay to sag up to 1.5 inches in the middle? I bought this mattress instead of getting something cheaper online because it was supposed to be guaranteed. Further, I bought two other mattresses from them, one is just okay, but not as comfortable as the one tested in the showroom and we have no way of knowing if they gave us an inferior mattress. The 3rd mattress has not been slept on, but I don't have high hopes for it either! I emailed my sales person twice an he never responded in anyway, but he was always there and ready to assist before I paid for the mattresses. After the delivery did could not get any assistance from him. Won't go to City Mattress again!
