Purchased a brand- new mattress and the adjustable platform. The mattress was the one we purchased but was hard as a brick and was/is causing me significant back pain!! We were told we could not return the mattress for another brand (was willing to pay more than the $2000 that I paid for the brick mattress)we had to keep it for 60 days to break it in. I'm 45 and I cannot afford to wake up every morning in pain for 60 days. The bad part about it, we purchased a nice living room set also, but because of this and no meeting half way we returned it. They didn't care that they were losing $3500 on furniture set just to prove a point!! So disappointed!! User's recommendation: Buyers be aware when purchasing a mattress from Gardner White!!
