I have been renting for about 2 years at this one location then one day I hear that the owner past away and this guy by the name of Mat Moore called me and said that it was his friend and past the building down to him. That was the worst mistake for the old man that past on. This guy Mat Moore who thinks his s*** does not stink is a slum lord. Ever since he took over as property manager the place has gone to ###, they never answer there phone lol that was the first sign that Win Home Services does not have the stuff together. A log story short is i had a flood in the Appt and called Mat More and the first thing out of his mouth was "is it really flooding" and i was like yes its all over the place and the next thing out his mouth was grab a cup or something and start pouring it into your bathtub and I told him to hurry an3d send someone because im renting a studio and its going to ruin all my personal property. It took like 2 hours to get anyone over to my appt and as soon as the plumber got the water to stop over flowing my appt Mat Moore just showed up and then he just left and i did not know where he was so i ran around my building and found him running to his car trying to leave before i could tell him he needs to send someone over to clean my appt he started to argue with me and told me that i should clean it up and thats when i got pissed. I called the cops to let them know...he then went to somewhere to pick up some towels and came back and cleaned up half ###. Any way a lot of my personal belongings were ruined and he promised to take care of that for me and LIED!!! he told me to move out on the 15th of July which I did and he told me as long as I moved all my stuff out and he was pay me my security deposit plus . Well Mat Moore is a flat out lying ###. Any one wanting to rent in the area should call Riviera Property Management Redondo Beach and stay far away from this guy Mat Moore at Win Home services.
