I bought this couch 3 years ago and 2 years ago the fabric started "cracking" and now it is as if it is coming apart. I have to keep it covered and I certainly didn't buy it to cover it. We are an older couple nearing retirement age with no pets. In no way do we abuse ..the fabric. The long cushion is a joke. The one we sat on before we purchased the couch was firm, the one we received upon delivery was not firm. In fact, we sink to the bottom of the cushion when we sit on it. When we complained to the store we purchased it from we were told "too bad". The store told us the same thing when we complained about the shotty fabric. I'm going to try to add a photo. PJ Harris
