My local Matco tool (truck) representative (Ron Rosenwinkel of Illinois) quit his job while owing me parts that I never received. The part was added to my tool cart purchase and ran through Matco Financing. Even though Matco Corporate knows I never received the part, I still end up paying for that part and it’s financing. I ended up calling the regional manager and all he could do for me was try to call the ex-employee. SHOCKER!! The ex-employee never answered his calls. Now I'm out $100’s of dollars. Never trust these tool truck guys. You're not dealing with the company that you think they represent, you're dealing with some personal that can take advantage of you without repercussions. User's recommendation: Avoid Matco Tools at all costs!
