Matches

2

Well first off I would like to advise all customers of Chemistry.com and Match.com to read the terms of use. In the terms of use it does state that all sales are final and that your account will be renewed if it is not resigned(part 13E). Also the auto renewal statement is at the bottom of the subscription page and the price you are paying is at the top right. That being said i do agree with the complaints of lack of matches. I understand that if you are spending a lot of money for a service you should get what you pay for. I currently have 46 Active matches but no one is responding. The lack of responses is due in part, I believe, to most of the people do not have active subscriptions and do not realize that they are signed up with a profile. When you do call to complain the always suggest sending the issue to the tech dept. Guess what, the tech dept never ever contacts you. I don't believe that it is a tech issue. If anyone has an issue it is chemistry for sending matches that are not paid subscribers. They also send out fake emails offering fake prices or fake matches. Big piece of advice, if you are looking for a refund threaten charge back or the BBB. Save your money everyone. Lets go back to dating the old fashioned way.
