We contracted with Craft Kitchen and Bath in January 2018 to renovate our Master Bath. They took eight (8) months to complete our Master Bath Remodel and it is far from a professional installation. They ordered the wrong vanity (twice), tile (twice) and had to replace broken parts several times. They failed to send out workers to complete the work in a timely manner and had to redo work numerous times. They would schedule a day for the workers to come out and then change it for no reason whatsoever or the workers would come later than expected and/or leave earlier. The workers broke things each time they came out and we couldn’t even use the bathroom toilet and shower for six (6) of the eight (8) months. Terrible inconvenience!! We sure wish that we had hired a company that was technically capable, professional and respectful of the client’s time and environment!!
