I called to discuss their terms of use because I didn't authorize anyone to take online payments for me. The woman who answered was clearly outside and she hung up on me after being asked about their terms. She couldn't tell me who would receive the payment or how I would receive it if someone entered their financial info on their site. I called back but the number said disconnected. I called from a different phone and the same woman hung up again and blocked my number for the second and third times. She then stopped answering the phone and sent me to voicemail where I asked to be called back. A man who said he was the owner called me back, he sounded like he was still in bed and was speaking unintelligible. This man is now sending me threatening text messages to my phone from 816 447 5717.
