Mass Mutual says it’s your fault
They stall sending a roll over check. What was the amount. Who is the check to be made out to? Then they repeatedly say they will send the check and don't send it. They make you wait and never get back to you. They are the worst company I remember dealing with. I initiated a Congressional Investigation against the last company that treated me half as bad. It is free to initiate a Congressional Investigation. The previous phone company tried to make it up to me after that.
