Attention Customer Service: The top window with the casing has slid away and moved down. Malfunctioned. Poorly constructed. This door was installed 10 years ago and the window has been sliding away for the past 5 years. I am getting tired of looking at it! Would Masonite Corporation please sponser a warranteed door/window replacement? Thanks! Look forward to hearing back from you. Keven Moelker [protected]@att.net
