Mask order

I have placed a mask order #[protected] a week ago. I ordered one mask and replacement filters. I had no contact from the company. Neither phone number appears to be working. I have had no response to my email attempts at reaching. I decided after reading numerous complaints and negative reviews to reach out to you for assistance. I live on a fixed income and this company is impossible to deal with on an individual basis. Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide to resolve this issue.
