i have been smoking marlbro reds for 26 years an i bought a carton that was so stail that i had to throw the whole carton away !!! i am thinking about changing my brand if i can not get a refund or free coupon for the carton i had to throw away !!! i have already called an told the guy on the phone what had happened a month ago and he said they was going to mail me a coupon for a carton . i still have not got it . hope that ya can make it right with me cause i really do not want to change brands . hope to hear something very soon .
