marlboro ultra lights

I bought a carton of Marlboro ultra lights (silvers) and every pack had 3 to 4 cigarettes in it with the papers torn badly so I had to throw them away. I have a picture of a couple of them to show you. Smokes are too expensive these days for this to happen so often. Please tell me what will be done about this!!! You definitely need to follow up with the WA department
