I purchased a purse for my wife in December 2017, I had to return it since it did not work for my wife. That's when the nightmare started, as per there web site you must return in the original box and original packing (dumb). Also found out they are going to charge me a $20 re-stocking fee for a over $400 purse (just ripping people off). They received the purse back on 1/15/18 the credit did not appear until 1/26/18. Customer service is horrible and not nice I will never ever order anything from these people ever again, I would prefer buying a purse at Walmart over these rip off artists.
