September of 2020 purchased a king size bed headboard, bedrails and tailboard. (pictures available) Upon assembly, by delivery crew, the bedrails misaligned with the headboard by over 1/2 inch on the left(lean in) and 3/8 inch on the right(lean in). When approached, through an interior designer about the issue the sales rep. declared the flaw as "wiggle room". And the matter was dropped. Please see the attached photos buttressing the assertion that the manufacturer created the issue. Included is the original PO details from the inside of the bedrail. The desired outcome is a replacement of the headboard or the bedrails(granted I think the headboard to bedrail bolts are mis-aligned from the headboard).
