I've been a customer here for over a year. They are always helpful and polite. I've been very pleased when I have returns and even returns without tags. Very simple process. I'm not plus size but I'm not small either. I find the clothes for the most part fit the same for sizes. I can easily shop online and get the right fit. As for the company's phone service, they are always really nice and helpful. My only issues are getting MyMaurices Rewards to be changed over to correct email has been a pain and their website always has issues. Lately I can't add certain items to the cart.
