On Jan, 21 I purchase a Ninja Cm 407 model coffee pot order # 31161 it is April 18 ive not recieved the order and i tried several times to contact them regarding this matter but web sight comes up as could'nt be found . I went through Citi bank to resolve the problem with no Satisfaction your people call me a liar and said i would have to pay it are you would Ruin my credit. Well my credit score is in the 800's and I'm not use to this kind of treatment from ant creditor. and if Citi don't want my business then i need to go some where else. I just wanted 49.00 returned to my account or the product and i don't think thats to much to ask. Citi Bank should have my back on this and all puchases . as this company has frauded me and no way to contact them i ask Citi to stop the money from going to them. plese let me know if i need to close my account with you as i spend thousands of dollors with this card. thanks.
