I when in this morning and server was very pleasant BUT no one was there to take my money and I had to go back to work. The person who seemed responsible was doing other things knowing customers were waiting and carrying her coffee engaged in conversation with other employees. REALLY!! I finally asked the server if someone could take my money he looked back to the kitchen apologized and said someone would be right here, Im sure they heard me, still she continued speaking with other people in the kitchen with a smile and agfter about 10 minueted sent a helper to take our money. Your company may be big but its the customer who helped you get there. More incidents like this and soon people will go somewhere else like the in and out in out right in front of you.
