Managers are cold and don’t care

I've been ordering from Vitacost since 2013 & yes, there were issues almost every time I ordered, but since 2015 when I moved overseas, they seemed to get their act together. But recently in the last 4 months, suddenly I can't order Burts Bees products & I wasted weeks, days & hours going back & forth between Vitacost & Burts Bees being given conflicting information. Burts Bees is also no good. Their manager ignored my calls THREE TIMES. Then about 2 weeks ago I had an issue with something I had ordered a few months back. I wasn't sure if I was going to get a refund, but the CSR asked a manager & they said they were going to give me one. I was thrilled as the stopper is broken & it's a $23 item. Unfortunately, the credit card I had used was no longer available, so they put a credit on my account. A week later I go to call in to use the credit & get help with my larger order (I can only order upto a certain poundage otherwise I get charged a fortune in shipping) & I find out that NOW I can't order a spice from Simply Organic. Even though I've ordered TONS of spices from them before & I can order OTHER spices, their site is giving me some error which they blamed on me being overseas. Of course what they said made NO sense at all & I asked for a manager who didn't think I was important enough to come on the phone with. I've had issues with this Garrett guy before. Cold, no empathy, just robotic. I asked for one of his managers to call me & no one did. I just got a VM message from someone who wasn't his manager saying I can't have sage. LOL Yes, Sage is illegal worldwide except in the US. When I called back the next day & asked for a manager, she TOO (Tanika) was cold, & all of a sudden I'm told that I do NOT have a credit, that it was refused. I got very upset as here I was thinking I was going to order something I really need & now she has to go check why it was declined. I've NEVER had a refund declined before, especially NOT after I was already told it would go through. Despite the CSR not giving me the right info & the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing, she still didn't apologize. She said it may take 2 days to call me due to the weather. That was Tuesday. It's now Friday night & NOTHING. I e-mailed asking for the head office to call me. I got one response & nothing after that. TERRIBLE the way they are treating me & I've bought from them once a month now min. for the last 2 years.
