Manager very nasty

Pulled up to the drive through and was asked order and I advised I have two separate orders the intercom rep stated very sarcastically we dont do those. I asked when did they start not taking separate orders and he again sarcastically stated today and didnt say anything else. My sister who was in the passenger seat advised could we speak to a manager and he again stated sarcastically she is right here next to me. So I decided to pull to the other drive through intercom because I got tired of his antics. When the intercom rep asked for my order I politely ask is it true you stop taking separate orders now and she rudely with anger and base in her voice stated we are understaff and will not take double orders so we will not take a separate order. So can I have your order now? I just was taken back with how rude she came off with answering my questions I didnt even want to continue my service there and said no thank you Im good. And left the parking lot feeling disrespected. This is the cookout on freedom dr Charlotte Mc 28208 I went to that drive through 2/20 at 7:15pm so who ever the male and female on the intercom say the time should be looked at and reviewed.
