Manager unwilling to speak to customer

I had a 11 day reservation that was booked 2 months in advance using rewards app. I arrived to find hotel closed, locked, listing a phone number. A staff member answered and notified the manager about us not being notified. Signs and staff told us it would be open the following day. I arrive the following day after having to find a hotel elsewhere for the night. The lobby was open with an attendant but all reservation were cancelled. Again I was not notified. The manager was called and I requested to speak to her. The attendant asked and she refused. I also inquired about all fees/money was refunded and was told that I had to call costumer service. The female staff was terrible all the way around in Gonzalez Texas User's recommendation: Will never book here again.
