I received a Facebook post from Ruby Tuesday in Bear, Delaware regarding yesterday's promo: Chicken Quesadilla/Salad Bar (attached). I called to place an order, because my husband (a truck driver) works nights, and I was going to pick an order up for him to have something before resting prior to his shift, and taking his leftovers with him. The manager (Armando) refused to let me order this as Ruby TueGo order. He said it was "dine in" only. The other 2 restaurants in New Castle County, Delaware said the offer was for carry out AND dine in. Armando said each store could make a decision, and he didn't want take out to get too busy! I am highly upset, because we support this restaurant at LEAST once a week, and have never been treated so rudely.
