Manager can’t handle simple wrong food issue
1
Wife has 30 minute lunch and called in order for burger and picked it up. When she got back to work to eat the burger was wrong and one of the more important issues to my wife was the missing bacon. She called and talked to a manager named Shawn because she didn't have the time to go back. He acted like she was trying to cheat them out of a burger and said if she came back later he would only give her the bacon and not a correctly made burger. He also said he would send her something in email and then he didn't. I went and told him how dissatisfied that we were a gave him a chance to offer to fix the mistake. He just gave an excuse that my wife had not given him the right email. The problem with that is that all the info is in her BJ rewards profile that he knew she had given her rewards number for the meal. This would have been a simple fix if he had just offered to make it right on her next visit since she was a regular user of that restaurant. Instead he treated her like she was doing something wrong when she has never had an issue before. Everybody stay away from the BJs in Southlake at Kimball and Southlake Blvd. and don't expect satisfaction from the male manager named Shawn. (Uncertain of name spelling) We should all expect more from restaurants that are supposed to be nice dining.
