i bought a surround sound for 70 they couldnt find remote so i went and bought one but wouldnt work on all things so took it back 2days later and manager annabel says all she can do is buy it back for 25 dollars so i took it up with corprate and annabel called me and said she would go ahead and swap it for sumthing else i wanted for same price ok so i take off a few hours early and when i return to store anabell was not there and i guess failed to mention to the other rude employees that i could exchange it but they refused so had to leave and try calling corporate again ..when finally the gentlemen came out to tell me he didnt know i had talked to annabel and corporate so i hang up the phone go back in thinking finally i can get the stereoi wanted instesd i walk in and he hands me the 70 dollars and tells me to have a nice day but i blame management cuz the manger is just as rude
