Completely, completely, uncalled for, unwarranted, belligerent, and so, so, absolutely just so very, rude!!! I am a 25 year old female living in las vegas, my entire life. I have seen just about as much as every other local here; just about everything, dealt with just about everything. But let me tell you, these employees, especially the management. Is 100, 000% completely unsolicited rude, angry, disgustingly evil, just filled with so much hate. This woman, (the manager) has been so so so very completely evil!!! Every single time, anyone I know has had an encounter with her. I stayed one week. I very much hope that someone else in this company gets this message and actually hears me out. This woman was just so absolutely rude, exhausting, such a devilish woman, honestly I just can't believe it, how a grown, matured woman is able to act like that. I have no clue as to how she has made it to management and honestly, I hope to just inform someone, anyone on the higher level of this company because she does not warrant any company, any good, healthy business. This woman has hung up on me, several, several times... My sister, my husband, my brother in law; when all we simply asked was if we could come in and speak about our things, or any simple request from the manager at all, apparently it pissed her off at all to be bothered on any level??? I wish I could record these phone calls! Are these phone calls recorded? Because this woman has turned from, literally beginning a conversation with such a great, normal, conversation, and within one, maybe two minutes, turned into a complete [censored]ing raging, disgusting absolutely hoooooorible [censored]ing woman. Honestly, I apologize for my language, I really do, but I am so effing heartbroken she, for no reason has been such an absolute [censored]. I was hoping to call this place my home away from home, yet it turned into such an absolute nightmare. I work, I have money, it's not an issue for me, I mean, we are not scumbags in any way, yet these employees; these people, who are just regular human beings as I am, they are not god no matter how badly they wish to be, they are treating people like they are absolute scum!!! Trash! Beneath her/them, she is a disgusting foul monster who obviously hates her own life.
