Lisbeth Bustin, the manager, is a mean, spiteful, vindictive witch. Her sole purpose in life is to make everyone around her miserable. She lives to harass people. In other building, managers serve the residents and treat the residents well. This woman mistreats the residents and does a total disservice to the residents. I do not understand why the owners and the board do not have her fired. I do not understand why this company does not fire her. This company does not know how to manage a building with million dollar units.
