Management needs to be on top of the cooks and waitstaff to make sure that large parties are taken care of properly.

We had a dinner party for my daughter and son in law with 35 people reservations made in advance and confirmed by manager. Took 1hour and a half to get drinks and appetizer . we were there 2 hrs before the started coming out and some chicken plate was raw other food came out cold or barely warmed. The waiter looked lost trying to deliver it had a gentleman come out and help him after the fact it was very disorganized. The waiter tried and even apologized but management never tried to correct the situation.
