I sold my vehicle that I purchased an extended warranty on, I was told by finance if I sell my car that I would be able to get a refund.... YEAH RIGHT! I faxed them the forms in August and they STILL have not sent my $$... I spoke to "acting gm" Milton and "someone in finance" Tim and they just keep giving me the run around... these people are the *** of the car business... shame on me for going to such a mess and classless place... Today is January 22, 2013, I think it is safe to say I will never see my money again... Next step BBB and attorney gen
