I got removed from the DNR list and Sterling Heights Manager Cessily Hutchins told me she could not tent to me after another manager told me an half hour ago to call back when the issue was resolved in which I did and I asked for him and she said he was busy with another customer and how can she help. After explaining the situation she rudely over talked me with once youre on the list, I cant rent to you . I feel discriminated against because I felt like I should have never been on the list when I rented consistently for a year spending over 20,000 and its like they said screw me and my hard earned money. So Im back to square one now about to call corporate. User's recommendation: Buy a car if you’re going to have headaches.
