I went to return a few items I had purchased earlier that day and exchange them for other items and security was following me around as I approached the counter a few employees whispered amongst each other and one of the cashiers that was off shift jumped in front of the other employee and said I'll take care of this one then snatched receipt from me trying to walk away with it, I said "where you going with my receipt" I then asked her to give me my receipt back. Management came and I tried to explain myself then was bombarded with all types of questions from different employees at the same time. Security started accusing me of trying to steal and I tried to explain once again that I wanted to do an exchange. There was total confusion due to the lack of customer service skills. I feel they discriminated against me due to the way I was dressed because when I go in at other times dressed up I have no problems​. I was humiliated and disrespected in front of other customers. I then asked for corporate phone number and there names and security man said I'm not giving you anything and walked away. Manager then wrote number and names on paper and I called it and he had given me the store number. Proper protocol should have been taken
