Malfunctioninf track fixture

Installed a track and 4 fixtures approximately 5 years ago for a customer. Two of the fixtures stopped working and these particular fixtures do not have replaceable bulbs. Clearly, the entire fixture needs to be replaced, or certainly a significant part of the fixture; not a home owner process. Model no. LTIHGAVL, 8 watts.
