I'm alumni and my school linked to this company for transcripts. I placed an order..an error happened and they never received my consent for the order. Then when I attempt to cancel the order, their website has no option to cancel when I view the order throuh their directions. They have charged me $17.25 and insist on holding this money for 30 days. They refuse to cancel after 3 written requests. I'm calling my school tomorrow as alumni when I'm in my office and recommending they stop using these people.
