Malfunction of Dehumidifier

I have called and spoke to your team and our dehumidifier has a sensor malfunction and will need replaced. Our unit was purchased last July at Menards and is still under the 3 year warranty. I was given a phone number to Chico, who manufactures your product. The number provided is not a working number. This number is for voicemail with no voicemail set up. Phone number provided is 626-839-****. Please provide another phone number for us to contact to have a replacement dehumidifier sent to us. Thank you, Deanna Martin Porter Advertising LLC 765962-**** User's recommendation: Warranty - no one will contact me back.
