Making us go to Quest labs is awful

I was sick so I went to my doctor. I was told I had to go to a quest lab to get blood work done. I already felt bad then had to drive 35 minutes away to go to a quest lab to get the blood work drawn. This is cruel and nuts. I think the president of blue cross should...
