There have been only two times that I didn't have the exact amount so I paid what I could in which I was only $30.00 short each time, I still get a late charge even though I tried, I should have just missed the payment completely because that is what they are acting like., even though I made an effort. So apparently they don't care about someone who has stuck with them for a long time has gotten a few loans from them and has Never defaulted on any of the loans, they have always been paid off.
