Make your own informed decision, consider all options and be honest in your expectations

I have to agree with Anonymous. I also live in Carolina Arbors and love my home and lifestyle. Anyone who has purchased a home in a newly developing community learns quickly that there may be challenges. If one is looking for a custom-built abode with premium features and the expectation of unmatched quality, perhaps they need to purchase from a custom builder. A Del Webb Arbors home purchased for $270,000 in the early stages of community development today will have appreciated considerably in spite of the negatives sighted. My experience has been that Pulte remains responsive to issues that arise. They are leaving because the community is totally built and sold out. All homes have a standard warranty. The Del Webb communities across the US are sought after places to live in spite of those who cannot find anything good to report. Is this community a place for everyone? Probably not but of the 1260 homeowners here, I would venture to say the majority are pleased with their decision to be here. If you're not happy, put your home on the market for $270,000 and see how fast it sells. Life is too short to be someplace you are so unhappy being.
