tried 3 times to list an order in response to Hy Vee eMail. Had to contact Customer Service. They registered list. Schedule delivery. Delivery time passed. No delivery. Called local Hy Vee, order not registered. Not the fist time this has happened. Switched order to Price Chopper. No problems. User's recommendation: avoid Hy Vee instacart.
