I am trying to use my rewards that I have saved up for a long time and for the last several weeks I have been calling customer service no one is answering and my rewards profile shows I have no points but when I have to buy my food it shows my actual points at checkout. I have not been able to use my hard earn points since I got the app and it is a nightmare. I will take this up with corporate.
