I didn't like the fact that my daughter opened up her LOL BIGGER SURPRISE and she finds missing accessories that belonged on Shadow. I actually contacted MGAE who manufacturers the dolls as well as Amazon and they told me they weren't willing to just replace the few items that were missing from Shadow! How dissatisfied and disappointed my daughter was when she found out she has an incomplete doll. I wasn't asking for the whole package to be replaced, just the specific items. The companies have no empathy or compassion, and they definitely don't put themselves in the child's shoes. MGAE and AMAZON thanks for the lack of customer service and support!
