Four times we have made a special trip after calling to confirm that an advertised used vechicle was in stock - only to get there and they can't find it!! It just sold in the last hour, or it's being serviced or a Billion b.s. excuses and then, of course, bait and switch happens! How about this one instead?? And it happens to be $3k more, but that's ok, right?
