Make a mortgage payment

I was given the wrong overnight address to mail the first of 3 trial payments, when I spoke to the customer service representative she informed me that they are not able to find my cashiers check. I am on a trial modification I’m trying to keep up my end of the agreement but this company has dropped the ball!
