Major FAIL!

I ordered burgundy velour some two years ago. What I received was exactly what I needed! Then I ran out. I reordered again the exact same thing. I got some red velvet material instead of plush burgundy velour. So, I gave them the benefit of the doubt that the warehouse person accidentally grabbed the wrong material. I reordered again and received exactly the same crap as I got on the second round. 1 1/2 years have passed. I tried it again. I reordered exactly the same stuff I got the very first time. This time I got some vinyl metal flake red material. If I return it I have to pay the UPS postage which is almost as much as the cost of the material. I tried calling their toll free "Customer Service" number 888-883-**** to speak with someone. Guess what? That number is no longer in service. Incredible! They are also known as iFabric online.
