Major dissatisfaction

I have had nothing but negative experiences with this company and its so-called "customer service" since being persuaded into upgrading in 2019. The presentation my husband and I were asked to attend was for the sole purpose of needing to learn about the changes that were being made to our ownership or so that's what we were told. In actuality, it was a ploy to get us to come to a meeting and then be highly pressured into spending more money. We were promised multiple weeks of using without losing unused time as well as the ability to travel to ANY property we wanted. Sounds pretty good, right? The second we upgrade, we began being charged large amounts of money for additional fees that were not discussed during the meeting. I called "customer service" to try to gain some understanding as to why this was happening. It was then that I was told that they chose to move my money around without my knowledge. They moved mortgage payments over to pay the increasing maintenance fees which made my mortgage payment delinquent. I am being billed more and more. While the company feels it's okay that they move MY money between various accounts with the goal to make accounts delinquent, so they can now charge me late fees. While questioning the representative as to why they were doing this she became extremely aggressive and rude toward me. So much for customer service. This company has shown us no respect and the promises presented have turned out to be lies. QM Resorts will promise you anything under the sun in order to get you to buy. Once you are locked into that contract, game over! They treat you like dirt and feel that it's okay to adjust your account as needed to benefit them. I highly recommend staying as far away from this company as possible. User's recommendation: Stay away from QM.
