Maintenance not being done!

I am an Ambassador owner and I pay $98.43 every month for maintenance. The total payed in for maintenance on just one condo is $61,420.32 annually. Yet when I use my Bonus Time, I get to the condo and the carpets are dirty (dog stains)(which the pet fee is $150.00) but they are not cleaned! Floors are never mopped, bath tubs are stained, and the building outside has disgusting stains on the walk ways! What are you doing with our money? I have reported these things everytime we go but NOTHING is done! Are you just stealing form me?
