The Claim was lodged by Jaguar Land Rover Waterford on 4th Aug 2021, the assessor visited the dealership on 5th Aug 2021. To date (12th August 2021, I've not had adequate feedback on what is the delay. I've called many times, most times I was put on hold for more that 30 minutes. Today 12th August, I was on hold for 50 minutes. The service is shocking. I intend to take this matter up with RMB Holdings & Hollard, the major shareholders of Motorite Administrators.
