My daughter wrote the JEE Main online exam on Sunday April 10th 2016 at Center - Gitam School of Technology Bangalore and Center Number - 742011. She faced the following problems - the server crashed and was rebooted 3 to 4 times - the computer monitor was malfunctioning and had to be replaced 3 to 4 times There was only one invigilator attending to the above problems.. The engineers from Tata Consultancy Services did not resolve the problem early enough resulting in loss of about 30 to 40 minutes of precious time, loss of thought process and anxiety in view of loss of time.. The software clock which started at 930am stopped at 1230pm and did not provide additional time despite the above interruption and the consequent loss of time.. All the students who wrote the exam in Gitam faced the above problems.. My daughter found the question paper not tough as she had prepared well but unfortunately could not complete the paper and also could not check the questions that were marked for review.. She is not at fault and yet is losing out on account of interruptions and loss of time.. I request CBSE JEE Main to view the above matter seriously and provide appropriate resolution.. The CBSE representative at the center is also aware of the above problems faced.. My daughter's friend had similar problems at Amrutha College Ramanagar where the server crashed couple of times
