Mail delivery delays

I used to get the Wall Street Journal delivered daily by mail. Now it may be two or more days delayed getting it or Ill get two papers at a time more than three days late. Barrons still comes on time, so why is the WSJ mail delivery so bad? User's recommendation: Get after the WSJ to go back to regular mail delivery.
